"This is the best hotel in all of Kenya. And that’s not an understatement and yes, I’ve been to hotels all over Kenya for the last 11 years. Maybe there is a hotel that is drastically nicer and more luxurious up in the Masai Mara like the other JW Marriott in that location that’s $5000 a night or the Ritz Carlton in that area for $5000 a night but for 150-600 USD a night in Nairobi there is nothing better. The quality of the food the furnishings, pool, and all of its many other features is unparalleled. The Hyatt Regency might have a nicer gym, but the JW Marriott is superior in every other way."
"We had an excellent time at our stay at Radisson Blu upper Hill. The premises were sparkling clean and the staff went out of their way to provide an amazing service.
We plan to stay at the hotel again next week and would recommend it highly."
"I’ve traveled on two different occasions and stayed here both times. The hotel was clean and I appreciate the linen and everything being changed daily, which is a plus the kitchen restaurant being open 24 hours a day. I also enjoyed the two Rivers mall being walking distance for your shopping needs . The only pullback that I have is more than once, placing an order to eat, and they either brought me the wrong food or the time to wait was extremely long. Even with those experiences, I would stay again and I would recommend."

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in Kenya
Book for the cheapest times: The most affordable time to visit Kenya is during April, May, and November, when hotel rates tend to be lower. For a budget-friendly experience, staying for at least 3 days is recommended to fully appreciate the country's significant landmarks, cultural sites, and natural attractions. This timeframe allows you to explore Kenya’s rich history and stunning landscapes while ensuring great value for money during your trip.
Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To discover last-minute deals in Kenya, visit the DealsOpens in a new window or Last-Minute Deals sections on Hotels.com, where you may find discounted rates on accommodation as your travel date approaches. By enabling email alerts or push notifications from Hotels.com, you could stay informed about flash sales and special promotions, helping you secure the best prices. Additionally, the Smart Shopping tool in the app allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities, ensuring you’re well-informed. If availability changes or prices drop, you’ll be among the first to know, paving the way for a spontaneous getaway.
Be flexible with dates: Prices can fluctuate based on factors like the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year, so being flexible with your travel dates might help you save on your stay in a hotel in Kenya. If you're after a unique experience, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised touch and may offer better value. When you book with Hotels.com, we'll inform you whether the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price is on the higher side, we may suggest alternative dates that could be more affordable, giving you a better chance of securing a great deal.
Consider your location: Staying in the heart of major cities in Kenya can certainly provide the convenience of being close to local attractions, yet it often comes with a higher price tag. In contrast, smaller towns and rural areas are generally more likely to be affordable, making them an appealing option for budget-conscious travellers. For those seeking better rates, opting for accommodation outside the city centre can be a wise choice, though it may necessitate some extra travel to reach key sites. Additionally, exploring nearby cities can reveal a wealth of experiences while typically offering more budget-friendly options.
