"Booked for central location and the convenience of the internal 7-11. It did not disappoint! Simple but clean and with friendly service. Right at the train station and in the hub of malls. 7-11 meant that we could get snacks and drinks any time. Shake shack onsite restaurant was also a hit with our family. "

"The hotel is at great location. 6-8mins of walking distance from Shinjuku station. For some lines, the exit is just next to the hotel not all the lines. Some that need improvement: The toilet paper is sooooo thin. You will need to end up using a lot to prevent it broken on your hand. After the first cleaning, one of our beddings has dried blood on it."

"The room was very tiny however there was a hot tube which we needed for little kids. The breakfast was nice at reasonable prices. The staffs were nice and helpful. "
