"Amazing hotel. We came for the weekend for an event at the NEC and we were so happy we booked this place. Not only was the place itself lovely, but the staff also showed the same loveliness. We were also surprised that there was a complementary shuttlebus that took us to and from the NEC building, at different times throughout the day and evening (Around every 30-60 mins depending) The food was also lovely and much appreciated. "This was our third weekend in a row staying at Heart House. It is the perfect getaway. The lodges are spacious, clean and fully equipped. Lia on reception has been amazing. Always accommodating us and greeting us with a warm welcome. The staff in the Quicken Tree are also amazing and I couldn’t fault any of the food we ate in there. It’s also great value for money. We can’t wait to return"

"Stayed here during the last hot spell, air-conditioning was fantastic. Close to Train stations & 5 mins walk to the Bullring for shopping. Kitchen facilities were very good. Great shower."

"Breakfast was available all day just help yourself-very good variety. Definitely pet friendly. Helpful owner-she carried baby up the 2 flights of stairs! Lovely surroundings for a short walk and very close to Coventry and Birmingham. Will return for sure and keep in mind if visiting the NEC."
