"We were a family of 8 staying for the first time at The Emory and all the staff were so welcoming and kind. The hotel itself is fairly new and in a great location across from Hyde Park. The rooms are a great size and the ABC Kitchen restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast. The only down side was the roof top bar which is very small and couldn't accommodate our group size but we enjoyed a drink in the ground floor bar. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. "Mandarin Mayfair is our new fave stay in London. It is centrally located in a wonderful area and everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. From the moment we arrived, all the personnel we came into contact with from the reception, concierge, porters, security, housekeeping, in room dining, restaurants... the service was just excellent. Mind you accommodation rates are pretty steep but you definitely get what you pay for."
