"Check in clerk told us that we can store our luggage after check out if there's a space available in the luggage room. When we checked out the other clerk did not allow us to do so and spoke very rudely to us!! We had to debate back and forth until she finally graced us with her approval. The best thing about this hotel is its proximity to public transport otherwise overcrowded and complete mayham inside."
