6/10 Good

Place was cheap and the AC worked great. Staff were very helpful. Only issue I had is fire alarm systems going off both nights.

The TV didn't work, the light in the bathroom didn't work, there was a puddle of water in the room by the front door, and the room had bugs flying around. The worse place I've ever stayed in!!!! I'm frustrated... When I tried calling the front desk, no one picked up.... I really want my money back...

Nice except for the uruly guest kids on top floor

Had a nice stay. Peaceful up until 5pm. The people upstairs let their kids run and jump all night long til 11pm!! I work and couldn't sleep until midnight!! Other than that, the front desk personnel was awesome and the mngr was excellent! I will stay again just not under someone with small unruly kids!

Had to call the police to check in. The lady at the front office claimed she could not give me a room despite me providing her with proof of reservation. Was rude. Once the police showed up she magically found my room

The room was dirty, the blankets had burned holes in them, there was spiders and roaches crawling around and the toilet had pee in it.

They rented a room without charging bed sheets. I had to get fresh one from the front desk and made my own bed. If it wasn’t late I would have walked away

The worst stay ever

Woke up with bug bites. No heat. No toilet paper. Loud neighbors & outside until 5:30 am. People living at Hotel. People coming and going all night long. Burn holes in bedding. Dirty room. $74 way overpriced. Rude

Stay somewhere else

The room was terrible. Broken tiles on bathroom floor. Shower curtain rod was broken. Towels were stained. Mirror had writing on it. Pillows were horrible. Comforter had cigarette burns. Only stayed there because it was last minute and everything decent was booked.

Thank God I carry my own sheets

Broken ceramic floors... mold... sketchy people. Smoking smell in all 3 rooms we had. Queen size sheet for king size bed. No fitted sheet. No cover (quilt/comforter) dirty pillows

The heater in the room didn't work. The drain in both the sink and the shower were clogged and I had to buy drain-o and cleaning supplies to make it sanitary enough to shower in. The floors were not swept so even after getting out of the shower I had to immediately put on socks. I also had to buy washcloths because none came with the room. Every night there was either someone screaming in the parking lot until the wee hours of the morning, fire alarms going off, or cop cars in the parking lot.

I am use to five star hotels so I know my bar is a little high when it comes to ratings. However this would have been a low rating even for someone who has never traveled. The hotel was old and run down looking. My reservation was cancelled and I did not cancel. The staff was nice and I was able to make another reservation very quickly. The towels had spots on them. The bathroom celling had a whole in it. Then later that night we heard gunshots. For me not a good experience

I had a reservation there I went into the room someone else was sleeping in the bed went back down to the check in office I got stuck in the office over 10 minutes due to the main door had locked me in couldn't get out I went into Panama mood ASAP the manager had to uncrew the lock off the door,3 incident was when i got off work i wasn't able to get my room due to the door messed up I went into another room this was the 4th time I went into another room thus was was moody, smell urine, plus it's was under rentavation.i asked for a refund i was told that I couldn't get no refund. I went to another hotel in paid more with better service there. Please don't stay there it's very poor Expedia will allow them to put in false information for the property if you looking what you see its not what you are getting...

no sleep

The room in general was very run down. there were only a couple outlets, the bathroom light did not work and the cover was off with exposed wires. The tub was very nice but the door had to remain open to shower. The tv/remote did not work. we could get the tv to turn on but had no options for stations. the 1 outlet by the bed was closer to the window than the bed, and our things would not stay plugged in. There were cobwebs in the corners. Overall was not impressed. Would not recommend this place to people.

I would not recommend this establishment for accomodations. The staff does not answer the phone when you call. The room was dirty, the air conditioner cover fell off the unit, the toilet paper holder fell apart from the wall... not to mention 2 big roaches sighted in the bathroom! Apon our arrival for check in it took staff 20 minutes to even help us.We called from the room at least 4 times to complain, but never an answer. We were charged a $50 deposit when we got there... I had already paid for the room prior to our arrival! Not happy at all! Do yourself and your family a favor.... book somewhere else!

The place was falling apart. Bathroom door fell off the hinges, shower curtain rod was super loose and dangerous. TILE floor was loose and could easily cut someone. Not only all of that… All the bedsheets had holes in them from cigar ashes. As soon as you walk in you get that smoke smell. For 109$ this was not worth it at all. They should really be pricing way less if this is how they treat the rooms. It didn’t even look like they cleaned the sheets. The floor had this weird sticky residue by the bed. Walls were filthy. Gross gross gross

Some people shouldn't deal with the public

Upon doing research on the internet for pet friendly locations this location was recommended. I booked on hotels.com and proceeded to check into the hotel. After traveling all day I failed to see the sign on the window "no dogs" I assumed all was well seeing how the website specified "pet friendly". I was never asked if I had any dogs nor was it addressed online for an additional fee, of which I would have paid. I got settled and while bringing my dog (boxer) into the room, my boyfriend was approaching the room when the lady in the office (red box braids) yelled. "Y'all gotta check out, you can't have dogs here". Meanwhile he enters the room to tell me we have to leave. We immediately started to make other arrangements to take our babies elsewhere. About 10 minutes lapsed when there was an extremely hard bang on the door. Upon opening there was a black car with 3 occupants and the office manager. My boyfriend trying to explain we were preparing to take them somewhere. She was very demanding and aggressive outside the door. Telling us it was too late and she was deactivating our room key and evicting us. I called the police and because it was her demand we were threatened with trespassing charges and had to leave the property without arrangements to stay somewhere. Now we are 5 hours from home and on the streets at 12am. I don't think this is the policy or ethics of Days Inn. I've stayed at many nice Days inn hotels and never experienced anything of this magnitude.
