One fine property. We had almost lost hope to see hospitality again since Covid. A real gem of a hotel with a excellent concierge team that arranged transportation and services to see Venice and surrounding islands Murano and Burano but also to to a cruise departure and arrival in Trieste. One of the worst values at any hotel ever. Charged $2,000 per night and the cleaning staff didn’t leave toilet paper when cleaning the room on 2 of 3 nights. The breakfast is pedestrian in food offering and quality and the table service was horrendous. Chef doesn’t know how to properly cook eggs.
