Accessibility issues

Checked in about 10 pm, front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was about what you'd expect, price was a little higher probably due to an event in the nearby town but still reasonable. I was informed there is no coffee in the room or ice buckets. I booked an accessible room. The bed was pushed into the corner of the room so only 1 person had easy access to the queen bed. Bed was hard, pillows were too big to be comfortable for a side sleeper. No shampoo, contitioner or body wash provided in accessible room. There was a bench in the shower but no shelving or anything so showering was incredibly awkward and I didn't feel clean after. Also, if you have noise sensitivity, the fan and the light in the bathroom turn on with the same switch so be prepared to use your phone flash light. Staff was great, room seemed clean, just unfortunate timing having to pay more than normal for a room with so few amenities.

Disappointed

The door did not stay locked when you were out of the room. If you worked at it you could get the bolt to lock from the inside. No coffee, cups or glasses in the room. Have stayed there before but was disappointed with the room this time. The room was clean.

Overall, this was a was bad experience. there were no cups, no ice bucket, no glasses, no maid service, the halls were dirty, the security locks were in-op. the greeting at the front desk was grim to say the least.

I made reservations for a room on the top floor with a king size bed and when I checked in, they told me that they didn’t have any rooms available on the top floor and gave me a room on the main floor. The room had not been cleaned and the bed did not have a cover on it and when I told the lady about it, she did not offer another room or to have this one cleaned, so I gave her back the room keys and went elsewhere!!

Decent stay in Green River

Hotel was adequate for 1 night stay. Bed was very comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful. No coffee or breakfast included. Room was a bit dated but very clean.

Finally!

Driving over 12 hours, i was exhausted and just needed to sleep. Reception is tucked around the back, but service was good, and room was in the same building. Lights didnt work until I made my way to the bathroom, but the room was clean. The best part was the bed and pillows. I laid down and was enveloped in comfort I usually don't find in cheaper hotels. This Travelodge was cozy. I would stay here again.

I like the setting of this property. I like how friendly and helpful the staff was! I didn't like that we had to move rooms three times. The first room had a dirty wash cloth and pet hair covering the carpeting. The second room's door stuck from the inside and we couldn't get out without calling the front desk to have someone let us out. The third room was much better, but there were food crumbs in the refrigerator. I also didn't like having to move 3 times when my husband and I were exhausted from traveling. I did like one staff member helped us move to the third room. And I like that the staff was very apologetic and didn't charge us for the night.
