Excellent location, easy to get around and use Grab. Connected to Robinsons Mall with ample access to restaurants, shopping, and a grocery store. Very friendly staff that speak good English. Very clean facilities and hotel room. Very comfortable and well appointed. Also a great value for the price. Cons: hotel could use some repair and renovation and to tackle the city smells in the lobby which is typical in Manila. Room service food also isn’t very good.

The hotel was good but the carpet definitely needs to be changed. The staff were wonderful, friendly, very helpful. Service was super fast, and their operation was very efficient. Robinsons Galleria mall is attached to the property with lots of options. Lots of walkable shopping and dining as well. It is in a busy corner with lots of noise. But it becomes background noise after a couple of days.

Kudos to great staff (who are excellent ambassadors of the hotel) - Arnn, Bon, Pau, Aljohn, Bon, Joret, Sien, Shyna, Jiselle, Bryan, Alma, Queenie & the 2 chefs who always made local delicacies for me for breakfast.

Overnight stay

Breakfast was amazing. There were construction on 7th floor and you can smell the paint. Worst scenario was seeing a mice running on the halls on a 7th floor??? Will be back still. Great location and awesome staff members.

I like the property because it was connected to a big mall with lots of restaurants and stores. What i did not like is the location of the property is very traffic congested particularly in the afternoon. My friends who wanted to see me had a hard time coming to the hotel on time of our meeting.
