Room is standard for business hotels. Facilities are great. There’s a Lawson inside the hotel that really helps out when you’re exhausted. Hotel staff was also super helpful whenever needed. Would recommend!

Great hotel to stay at before our cruise from the Tokyo international cruise port. We also loved that we could take the airport limousine bus from Narita Terminal 1 to the hotel as this is one of the stops for the bus. We loved the breakfast buffet that was included with our room. Lots of variety and the items changed on our 2nd day so that we got the opportunity to try out some new breakfast items. Would definitely book again when we are cruising out of the Tokyo Port.

Very little English spoken throughout the hotel...no Spanish. Italian or French...I tried all 3. The rooms are Very small, and that was for the superior room. Great location for the metro, and great value compared to downtown Tokyo. We enjoyed our evenings in a less crowded part of Tokyo with many restaurants in walking distance. Very extensive breakfast buffet.

The hotel is a good location especially if you are going on a cruise out of Tokyo. My only issue with the hotel was we had to change rooms because I’m a light sleeper and we were facing the highway. At first they told me the hotel was full and there were no rooms but then I was given a choice of 2 rooms. One was smaller than we had the second was exactly what we were given but on the other side of the hotel plus we had to pay an extra $20.00 per night. That was very disappointing 😒

I loved my stay here! It was very close to the bus and station. There were a few shopping malls within walking distance, which I fully took advantage of. This is a perfect place to stay if you're visiting Tokyo to explore. However, there was one issue that I could not overlook. One day when returning to the room, I turned on the bathroom light to find a roach crawling on the mirror which quickly ran behind it. I didn't see other critters thereafter but wasn't too happy to see that crawling near my toothbrush.

I can’t remember the last time I wrote negative review but this hotel almost ruined our vacation, and I don’t want others to make the same mistake. The heat/AC has multiple rooms connected to each other, which means if other people aren’t staying in the rooms neighboring yours or if they want a different temperature you’re screwed. The entire building was so hot even though it was so nice and cool outside. We turned down the air and opened the vent by the window (because it was cold outside) but our room was roasting. We stripped my 2 year old down to only a diaper and he couldn’t sleep it was so hot he just cried all night. And this is a toddler who was born on guam and lived without power for weeks. It was so uncomfortable. I asked the front desk multiple times if there was anything we could do and if we could switch rooms and they declined. We booked the hotel as a vacation package so it wasn’t able to be refunded but we couldn’t sleep there so I ended up having to get another hotel.
