Resort for families with an all-inclusive vibe

Had a one day stay and did not eat anything at the hotel so cannot comment on all facilities. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and felt modern. I particularly liked the large balcony and seating area. In-room service looked good although I never tried it. The hotel got a bit of all-inclusive vibe with fairly loud music at the pool.

Awful check in experience. As residents I didn’t have my physical ID but had my app and a photo. They refused to accept this and were very rude until the manager eventually intervened. We were supposed to check in at 3pm but didn’t until around 4. Not good enough!

I had a pleasant experience, but with some caveats that potential guests should be aware of. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, which contributed significantly to the overall positive feeling of my stay. However, one aspect that was less than ideal was the ongoing construction work in the vicinity. This was (partially) due to the development of a new casino nearby, which is projected to continue until 2027. Unfortunately, this information was not disclosed to us prior to booking, which was a bit of a disappointment. Despite the construction, the hotel itself maintained a comfortable environment. However, if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, it is worth asking about potential disturbances before finalizing your booking. When I complained about noise, the hotel promptly offered to switch rooms, which was a pleasant gesture.

Rakennus alkaa olemaan remontin tarpeessa. Saavuttiin yöllä ja olin ilmoittanut että meitä tulee viiden hengen porukka, mutta sänkyjä ei oltu laitettu valmiiksi. Huone sijaitsi tien puolella jossa oli remontti käynnissä ja sieltä alkoi kuulumaan aikaisin aamulla meteliä joka oli todella häiritsevää.. Pisteet siitä majoituspaikalle, että kun reklamoimme saimme vaihtaa huonetta rauhallisempaan paikkaan seuraavana päivänä. Huone oli hieno, mutta kaikin puolin ällöttävä. Eli joskus ollut siisti, mutta nykyään likainen ja huoneen ilma oli kostea ja tunkkainen. Kylpyammeen kyljessä ja pimennysverhoissa oli näkyvää hometta sekä kosteuden jättämiä jälkiä siellä täällä. Henkilökunta oli erittäin avuliasta ja mukavaa porukkaa. Hotellihuoneiden remontointi ja uima-altaisiin lämmitys niin tämä on oikein mukava paikka lomailla. Meillä oli ajatus viettää täällä viikko mutta onneksi olin buukannut paikan ensimmäisille kolmelle yölle ja pääsimme vaihtamaan hotellia.

Considering hotel location is on a new island, property rooms are preanted as dated and in need of upgrade when compared to neighbouring hotels. Significant construction work and traffic immediately outside hotel that starts at 7am 7 days a week! Waiting over 4 hours to check in, after i had already checked in on line to arrive before 12pm. Terrible check in - over 30 minute wait. Holiday weekend and hotel had no extra front desk staff. Terrible arrival - due to loading and unloading cars there’s no access to the parking garage. Another 20 minutes waiting to park. All of this could be managed by competent and caring management. Apparently they are lacking problem solvers.

It a nice hotel located in Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khimah, it is quite hotel to spend a few days, the staff in the reception are friendly and they welcome everyone with a smile , thanks to Said and Rahima, the room was excellent and located in the center facing the sea, we loved to have a nice relaxing time in this hotel.

Older Rooms than you'd expect-odd.

Was surprising to find it a very old feeling hotel in its room accommodations. Lacked plugs by the bed, little things like that...Found the wifi a bit "iffy" my 1st room, bed was awkward, phone didn't work, sink leaked. Front desk was gracious enough to change my room and 2nd room still had a non-functional phone but a nicer view and I appreciated they're willingness to move me with no hassle. Still, rooms feel very "old school" and not so much in the cute or quaint way.
