The location is fantastic—right by the ocean, offering a beautiful view from the room window, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only minor inconvenience was the frequent crowding at the elevators. It seems the same elevators are used by both hotel guests and gym members, which can lead to delays. Perhaps having a separate access point, such as stairs or a dedicated elevator, could help ease the congestion.

This hotel is located in a small mall with lots of shops and restaurants around. The beach is right across the street and beach lounger are provided. The hotel staff can be dismissive at times and as a female I was not given the same level of respect as my husband by the front desk staff. The pools looks nothing like the pictures. The pools are cold and dirty. A couple of hard chairs to sit on but not impressed at all. There were local kids throwing rocks and dirt into the pools, adults eating and belching by the pool, again not impressed. The breakfast buffet is good and the young man in charge of the eggs is very kind and hard working.

To be a 5star hotel, it didn’t hold the standard. Facility’s would be rated lite a 3 star. Pool guy did not let it use the sun beds around the pool and after some phoncalls and angry faces from him we were aloud to to take two sundress - if we carried our self to the sundeck. Reception was quite in friendly until we hade checked in, after that it was some fake smiles, we just asked if we could get access to our room befor real check in time because we arrived earlier then expected. Breakfast we ok

Stor familiegjeng med barn, rom med stue

Bassenget har ikke nok håndklær. Deler av bassenget er forfallen og er ikke i bruk. Hotellet har et treningssenter som folk utenfra også bruke. Dette fører til at heisen er alltid fullt, må venter mye på heis hverdag. Vask av hotellrommet er ofte dårlig, måtte be om ekstra vask. Frokosten er bra og lokasjonen er også bra.

Great location, right across busy road from beach. Many cafes, eateries & markets nearby. I would have given it 5 stars, but there are a couple of issues hotel needs to address. These are- no pool/beach towels available for 3 days we were there, we had to use our white room towels. Also, guests need to be advised clearly on arrival that there is very limited number of beach lounges with umbrellas for guests' use. There were men on beach taking away umbrellas & lounges as these were for customers who had booked them (we discovered later). Very confusing as umbrellas & lounges all look the same. Maybe Diamond Bay hotel could display their name on theirs? Many angry people there not knowing what was going on at 10am. But, all in all, it was a lovely time there. Staff were wonderful & assisted us transfer from a room they had 'upgraded' us to, down to a room with a balcony, which is what I had booked originally & much preferred.

Very nice room with ocean view. Hotel room is above Nha Trang Center shopping mall and many restaurants. Only negatives are the elevators were small and slooow; and all soap/shampo dispensers did not work. Hotel should replace fancy dispensers with simple plastic dispensers that can be used easily.

This hotel is not a 5 star. It maybe a 3 star at best. The 2 elevators that were working did not work together, so you stopped at every floor going up and going down. Took 5 to 10 minutes to get up to your floor or down to the ground level. Rooms are old and carpets were very dirty. Views were beautiful and easy to walk everywhere.

Perfekt beliggenhet, vennlig og hjelpsomme personell og rene rom. Meget god frokost. Bra standard på innvendig hotellet. Kjøpesenter i tilknytning til hotellet var praktisk. Imidlertid mangler hotellet noe i forhold til forventninger til et 5 stjerners hotell. Bassengområdet var dårlig. Ikke satt fram liggestoler og ingen poolbar. Boblebad var kaldt vann. Strand stoler eiet av hotellet var moden for utskiftning og skitene puter og parasoller. Ingen service ved stranden med drikke e.l slik det er beskrevet. Hotellets eneste restaurant hadde 4 retter til middag å velge mellom og er ikke å anbefale å spise middag der. Mange bedre restauranter i nærheten. Alt i alt et bra hotell.
