    Panoramic 34

    Try British classics in industrial-chic surroundings

    At Clockworks, you'll find an enticing interior design that's just as impressive as the food. When you step inside this restaurant, you'll see decor that represents 200 years of history, the length of time the building has existed. To showcase that history, the decor has incorporated exposed red brick, ironworks, and other industrial-style pieces. 

    The food is just as impressive, as it's all made from scratch using high-quality local ingredients. While Clockworks would admit that a few of their dishes are a bit indulgent, the taste is always top-tier and comforting.

    Hanover Street Social

    The Edge at Joey Orr's has been a popular pub in Liverpool for nearly 2 decades, but its recent restaurant addition has brought on an entirely new level of attention. Not only will you find plenty of pub food, but this restaurant also offers quite a few vegan options to ensure that everyone can find something to their liking. 

    They describe their own menu as home-cooking at its best, and that's something most visitors would attest to. Of course, their extensive drink list hasn't gone anywhere, so you can still enjoy all the benefits of a pub.

    Cowshed is a proper house of beef, where you'll find some of the best steaks in Liverpool. This restaurant offers a wide variety of steak options, stellar sides, and an expansive selection of drinks. They even have a detailed chart of common allergens that might be found in their food and sauces, so it's easy to avoid items that won't work well with your stomach.
