Not the best spot for us older folks going to Hult
Not the best hotel for two Women age 78 and 84. For those of us used to staying at the Hilton it was a surprise. I felt myself to be a grand and great grandmother.

I would stay here again in a New York minute!
Request a coffee pot at check in and your stay will have every amenity! Beds were very comfortable, showers were warm and gentle, food was excellent. I will stay here again in a minute! The staff was lovely and service was great! I had a few extra amenities that I require and all needs were more than accommodated.

After re-model review. Frequent visitor.
amazing re-model and launch of the Graduate eugene hotel. Great Oregon ducks concept along with sports history nic-naks and memorabilia peppered throughout the entire hotel giving it the ultimate UofO tailgate theme. If you were used to the Hilton business/conference style concept this is a whole change of gears, but in its own great little way. For example, no coffee pot in the room but even better coffee free downstairs in the morning, Obviously Oregon duck theme from the windows to the walls very literally, no pad and paper in the room ( important to me haha), tv does not have Netflix option/very basic service, foyer restaurant Area is not very business/small meeting friendly etc. other than that the room is pretty awesome, the beds are very comfortable, the towels are some of the best I’ve used, I like the toiletries on the shower wall with the fine bar of soap as well👌. Great led circle lit mirror, nice big desk and couch and over all very clean very comfortable! In the a great location close to everything in down town. Walk out of the front and walk straight into the amazing 5th Street market or walk out of the back and be right in the midst of it all in downtown. The little walkway the runs from the parallel to the hotel to downtown is pretty cool itself. On Saturday’s your a two min walk out of the back of the hotel to the amazing Saturday market. Hotel restaurant is very good, loved the burgers and the wings! There’s a great Thai food truck behind hotel as well!

Mehh
This is the old hilton trying to go boutique. I’d say they have one foot in one foot out, didn’t quite commit. The carpet was gross in the room, tiny bathrooms, cheap furniture no in room amenities. Cleanliness was a 3 out of 10, there wasn’t any blood splattered on the walls but I did find pubes in the bathroom. The shower was gross, didn’t have hot water one morning and the walls were paper thin. Every time we walked through the hallways it smelled like someone was cooking food on a traeger in their room. We stayed during a logging convention which sounded more like a drinking convention and our neighbors (guessing here) Nance and Rand were arguing about what church to go to and how to screw waiters out of a tip. You couldn’t pay me to stay there again.
