Cà Streta - Apartment in Venice

Lucia’s apartment was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Great location, not located in most touristy area, but close enough to walk to them. The apartment is about a 7 minute walk from train/bus station that takes you to and from Marco Polo Airport. We definitely recommend this place if planning a trip to Venice.

This was the best place we have rented in many visits to Venice...the location is really great - close enough to the heart of the city but a million miles away in feel. Quiet & tucked away but with good bars & restaurants to hand the property is spotless & well equipped & the ground floor site is good on the feet at the end of a day walking!

Very clean, open, spacious place to stay! We enjoyed our time here! It is in a quiet place and easy to get to the academia bridge. And a washer and dryer to add to the excellent amenities

The property was very well located and the host greeted us at the entrance to Venice and took us to the apartment. The tips on the area were very helpful and everything went perfect for our stay.

After having stayed 2 minutes away from San Marco on the last trip we decided to look for something away from the tourist area. We really liked this neighborhood. It was quiet but you were near a couple of local restaurants. There were lots of students around going to the school of architecture nearby. We loved being on the ground floor. The apartment was fine and well equipped. The only drawback for us was that there was a lot of walking to get to different places. We are in our 60's and we got tired having to walk so far . . . Far for us. It was really a very nice place and despite the distance from everything, we enjoyed our stay.

Our family of 4 including teenagers stayed for 3 nights. We met Luca who showed us the way to the apartment. It is remodeled and looked all new. Two bedrooms with plenty of overall space in a very secure location. Luca was very thorough and knowledgeable. Extremely quiet neighborhood off the beaten path. Fridge, sink, stove, washer and dryer included. We highly recommend this property and would love to return someday!

Our hosts were really helpful, they went the extra mile to give us advice on where to go cutting the high tide, even checking if venues were open.

Good location with cafes nearby, but not too crowded with tourists. Lovely hosts.

Luca/Lucia place is one of the home you should look for when you are in Venice. A great location and well maintained property. The house is equipped with all basic amenities. During our stay Luca personally came for pick up and he was very kind to explain every detail to us. Would highly recommend to stay at this property if you are in Venice.

We had a great time in Venice. The property has everything we needed, so we felt like being home. Lucia met us at a meeting point and gave a little tour while walking home. She also gave us a city map showing our location and attractions. Thank you for having us as your guest!!!!!
