Good place to stay
Good hotel, great location. Room are extremely small. being 6.4 i was hitting my head on the roof in the shower. Also if your elderly, getting in and out of the shower would be pretty dangerous. Staff were ok, had a few miscommunications but may be down the language barriers. Plenty of restaurants and a 2 min walk to Shinagawa station. Overall i would say it's ok. Nothing special, but clean and tidy with a good location.

Great location, cinemas, aquarium & local pubs
Located directly across from Takanawa Exit at Shinagawa Station, great for westbound bullet train travel, Takanawa Wing complex is few feet away, and the aquarium and cinemas are accessible through the hotel, along with many dining options. The room for one wasn’t roomy but adequate for a solo traveler (see pics). All the great eateries within minutes - from fine dining to great yen-to-value local pubs. Make a reservation for Limo bus to airport (they pick you up by main entrance) making your heavily loaded suitcases transporting a breeze!
