Excellent. All of the staff at DTX were fantastic, always attentive and did their utmost to ensure that we received a first class service which we truly did. We had two rooms, city view the first week and sea view the second week. Both rooms were spacious and clean with good maid service each day. Breakfasts were plentiful with a very good selection of food and lovely staff who looked after us each morning. Location to Nha Trang beach and restaurants is great both within a couple of minutes walk. All in all a great hotel - thanks Cat, and please thank your great team too.

New but unpolished
New hotel so things look nice but the room was not very well cleaned. Fingerprints were on all surfaces, toiletries not topped up, and the floor had hair and other debris. The staff service was okay, but there was much miscommunication in English. Only a couple of staff speak English, and even if you are patient to have them understand they seem to get annoyed and frustrated. There is an airport shuttle but we were quoted several different prices, with the lowest price coming from the staff with the best English. Breakfast was okay but felt sick soon after eating. The location is good with Many places nearby and walkable. Best was the location, but for the high price the other aspects really detract from the value.
