disaster turned happy!
I needed a last minute place to stay. I was able to make a reservation easily online. The facility and room was very clean and all staff I interacted with were friendly. The shades were stuck however it wasn't an issue as the curtains closed. The manager said they would get right on it to fix them for the next visitor. Thank you for making an emergency situation into a relaxing and restful night!

The location was decent - right off the freeway. We were concerned about potential noise from the traffic but you couldn't really hear anything (also because the windows do not open). There was a loud generator-like noise that kicked on every 15 minutes or so throughout our stay. We were told that it was the ventilation system that automatically turned on. We just had to get used to it. For this price point, it was not what we expected.

Quick get away
I stayed here with my BFF and her daughter. The hotel is clean and family friendly. It’s a close driving distance to state street where all the shops and restaurants are located! The lady who checked us in was friendly and welcoming but the rest of the staff weren’t that welcoming. Other than that, we had no other issues and I recommend this place. You do need a car or you can Uber/Lyft to the touristy parts of the city.

Pet friendly and would stay here again.
Nice hotel that is pet friendly conveniently located near the highway without the highway noise. Lots of breakfast options, clean room. Only complaint that the doggie area was locked so had to go to the area that said "no dogs" to take care of business.
