Chose this hotel based on prior reviews. Hotel room was clean and a good size. Mini fridge worked and microwave also in room but didn't use that. Bed was comfortable but only 3 pillows on a king bed. It was just me but if a couple stays, someone will be shorted a pillow. There was also no soap near sink or in shower so glad I brought my own. TV remote wouldn't work sometimes and entry door was hard to open and secure after using card key. You can walk to the Whataburger which I did for breakfast. Property was quiet. Area of hotel is kinda sketchy. I went to 3 "restaurants" using GPS and they all looked pretty crappy so I drove 7 miles on loop 610 to get to a decent area with chain restaurants.

The team at this America’s Best location are polite, professional, and always strive to accommodate me (even when I show up unannounced and unexpected.) Guys, they have big truck parking, fresh hot showers, and a comfy clean room. Definitely a hidden gem on this side of HTown.

Excellent service both front desk and housekeeping. It isn’t the fanciest like Hilton or Marriott but they sure as hell do an amazing job at keeping it super well maintained. Lobby and rooms are very nice updated. We stayed for 4 days 3 nights and loved it. It odd also close to everything. There is awhataburger in the same lot. Thank you for great service.
