It was good thanks

Not the hotels fault but did not sleep very much, the people in the next room 124 should have been asked to leave. Tv blaring all night, banging door all night and they did not appear to want to sleep as they banged around all night and were talking at the top of their voices all night. Very nearly went round to punch their lights out nobody on reception to report this to in the night. Great hotel but these people ruined it

Desperate need of a refurb. Outdated hotel.
I stayed here for one night for business. good wifi and comfy bed. had to get two members of staff to come to my room as my bath tap wouldn't turn off and then because there was no hot water i had no heating and could not bath and shower. I had to use a different room on the other side of the hotel to have a bath as there were no more double rooms for me to move to. staff were amazing though. hotel is very dated. strange themed restaurant and I was convinced my prawns for dinner were not cooked so I just left my food. hotel is desperate need of a refurb the place is stepping back in time apart from the strange restaurant. didn't stick around for breakfast because the dinner was so bad so cannot comment on that. i won't be staying here again and do not recommend you do either.

The main reason I chose this hotel was because it had a gym. Unfortunately when I arrived I was told I couldn't use the gym as it is being revamped. The receptionist said it does say this on the website. So when I got to my room I looked on the website and it doesn't say this anywhere. My room was also on the ground floor and some people were sat directly outside my window drinking, so despite it being a lovely day/evening I had to close the curtains for privacy
