Westin Josun was brilliant - the staff impeccable - our room was a great size, comfortable bed and good bathroom. Located in such a an excellent area - shopping and night market street food located just behind the hotel. The bus from the airport stops at the hotel making it a great transport option - door to door.

Even though I didn’t speak the language, communication was easy, and I never had any difficulty making requests or asking questions. Everything I needed was provided promptly, with minimal wait time, making the experience smooth and enjoyable.

10/10 Exceptional

This was my second time at the Westin Josun and it did not disappoint. The service was impeccable, the amenities were wonderful (Westin Club -- breakfast, cocktail hour, sauna, gym). The Westin put our family of 4 in a great suite, which gave us enough room. It is so close to the Myeongdong shopping area but not in the middle of the chaos and traffic. A bonus is that the shuttle bus to Incheon Airport stops right in front of the hotel, so we don't have to move our luggage anywhere. I absolutely love the Westin Josun and will stay there anytime I visit Korea.
