Not clean
It was extremely dirty! There was rat turds and piss in the washroom behind the door. They said they were doing renovations but there’s no excuse not to have to clean. Also the shower was dirty it was that light pink stuff that accumulates on the shower if it’s not cleaned. I will never stay there again! I told the lady at the front desk and she wasn’t very helpful either. I think she’s used to hearing that. Please don’t ever stay there! I don’t like giving bad reviews.

The hotel is being renovated and the hallways are very dirty, and overall the property did not feel welcoming. The room itself was clean and had a nice river view. The hot tub was closed.

Aweful
Walls are very thin, I was staying in room 201, so right beside the stairwell and doors are not on soft close hinges, so they slammed shut every 2 minutes, sometimes seconds. I complained to the front desk, they said they would take care of it, 1 hour later, still doors slamming. I asked for a new room, which they said no more rooms were available, which was wrong, because I could book a room online with no issues. Bathroom was very disappointing, there was no tub, the shower was tiny; I could barely turn around without hitting the walls with my elbows. It felt like the room was originally a storage closet that they transformed into a hotel room. The view was of an air conditioner and other mechanics. Yes, the hotel is under renovation, but the paint you could tell was just slapped on the walls with no care and attention and the bathroom had a sketchy hole in the wall beside the light fixture. I would not stay here again. I switched hotels for the next night and the customer service and quality of room surpassed that of the Ramada.
