    So beautiful hotel and staff!
A new hotel with sweet and kind staff. The room is relaxing and big, great design! The hotel is in the old town so the Sunday night market is very close. We realy enjoyed every moment of our stay! They were so gentle to our every, crazy sometimes, needs. We will recommend the hotel to whomever is coming to Chiang Mai!

Convenient location on the edge of old town. Complimentary breakfast if you want it. Staff were very friendly. Even a screen share option on the tele if you wanted to cast something from your phone.

    Clean and satisfying.
The overall stay was good, I stayed 3 nights. The breakfast was good but the lychee frozen drink I purchased was a waste of money. Next door to the left existing the hotel on the same side, there is a local place to eat, which the food is pretty good.

    Very good 8.0
Very nice and comfortable new hotel. No complaints aside from the VERY strong sewer smell in the rooms. If they could get that under control I would stay again. Annoying roosters up at the crack of dawn, but not in the hotels control. Amazing front desk staff. Loved the welcome drink, great added touch :)

    Wonderful comfortable beautiful new hotel
We booked this hotel while leaving a hotel we had originally booked for 3 nights that was awful and not at all like what was advertised, so decided we couldn't stay there as planned. We had just arrived back from a trek and really needed somewhere to have a good shower and relax! Pastell was like a dream. It's brand new (so new the taxi drivers don't know it yet), beautifully decorated, the bedroom is spacious and the bathroom is amazing. While more expensive than your average guesthouse/hostel it's extremely good value by western prices. We absolutely loved staying here. The only criticism I have is that there is nowhere to put your clothes or luggage, the room easily has enough space so it could quite easily be rearranged to be even more comfortable - a wardrobe or chest of drawers would be more useful than two bar stools!

    Excellent and I mean that
This is a brand new boutique hotel. Everything brand new and works. The standard is very high and what I would expect from a 4* UK hotel. By the time you read this, their kitchen will be finished and serving. No problem for us as there are plenty of cafes nearby. This is within the old city. It is quiet at night, the staff are helpful, informative and very pleasant. We stayed in plenty of hotels during this stay (and a few more to come as I write) but this was a highlight. I did write a scathing review of another hotel do I suppose the high praise is genuine!
