Resort is nice but dated. The beds were more comfortable then the next resort we stayed at and the suite was very spacious. View was blocked by a tree though ☹ The music from Joe's Oyster Bar is very loud all night, so unless you're super exhausted or drunk (Lol) good luck sleeping. Elevators are SO slow and busy all the time! The food was not that good, the buffet area was messy, service was slow & we paid more than we expected. We didnt eat there again. The front desk exchange rate is better than anywhere else we looked, we did come back several times after we checked out to exchange money with them. The staff was pretty friendly.

    Do not stay there
Do not stay here ... it was the worst customer service at the front desk. They started helping other hotel guest before they finished with me and i stood there waiting for two bracelets for my husband and kid while they put them on 13 other people. The pool was full of sand, dirty plates of food near the pool, and it is soooooo noisy, we could not sleep at night because of the music playing nearby. There is no kind of sound barrier with those old windows the AC units looked they wanted to fall off that building. It was absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed. And to top it off the sheets were so stinky, they smelled like someone who was sweaty laid on them and they never got changed. I asked for extra towels for the bathroom and they gave me 1... really . And it was not cheap to stay there one.

    Good stay, bad WIFI
Great overall. Place is a little outdated, but looks like they are still working on improving it. One bad thing I would to see them improve would be the WIFI. It was terrible.

    Great Price - Perfect Location
Modern room with an Awesome view of ocean. All aspects of the room were above standard. Majority of staff spoke some English. The hotel's location is close to the boardwalk, shopping and eateries.

    I wouldn't recommend it
PROS: *Location * Very nice view from the outdoor restaurant CONS: *No one in a group of 20 could connect to WiFi. Brought it to front desk attention and they say they couldn't do anything. With the cost cellphone international data rates, WiFi is essential *Small beach witch almost disappears when tide rises *The outdoor restaurant is full of doves in the mornings. While having breakfast, doves literally jumps into your plate every time you get away from your table from 5 seconds and there was a lot of flies too. *There is only one old AC on 2 rooms suites. If you put it at its lowest setting you ended up with one room at 17C and the next room at 32C (it was 37C at the time of my visit)

    Great hotel
The hotel was great overall and clean. Service was also good and my hotel room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The only thing that sucked was the wifi there.
