We recently stayed at Sofitel Sydney Wentworth for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience overall. Our room was lovely, spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and impressively quiet, making it easy to relax and get a great night's sleep. The king bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom stocked with quality toiletries. Our only minor complaint was the shower. It was positioned over a fairly high bathtub, which made getting in and out a little difficult. We also found the water pressure and shower head could be improved. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service from all the hotel staff. Every team member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The breakfast was outstanding, probably the best hotel breakfast we have experienced. There was a huge variety of options available, all beautifully presented and well organised. It catered to every taste and was a fantastic way to start the day. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend Sofitel to others. The comfortable accommodation, exceptional staff, and incredible breakfast more than made up for the minor issues with the shower.
