Our stay at Hilton Garden Inn
This is a awesome hotel to stay at, the staff are friendly and go out of their way to help you. Both My Husband and I were not well when we arrived at the hotel so they ring the doctor for us and arranged for him to visit my husband who was sick. The next day they sent up soup and drinks also they rang A &E and arranged for a taxi to take my husband and I to A &E in London They also took our luggage over to the airport and got our passports and then printed off our boarding passes which was such a help as I had just had surgery and my husband was ill too. They were amazing and went out of their way to help us.

A prefect layover hotel
Everything from start to finish was spot on. I checked in three hours early at no extra cost, my room was clean and pretty much like new, and the staff were delightfully helpful and well mannered. Only one small thing is it could be clearer on the confirmation email/their website on how to access the hotel, you have to go to floor 1 of the multi-storey car park and walk through the car park to the very back. This is not clear other than one small sign on the elevator and one sign on floor 1.

Due to last minute change of flight times it was necessary to stay in hotel the night before. Breakfast was superb, plenty of choice and collected from designated area to eat in the room. Everywhere immaculately clean, courteous staff, covid safe. Looking forward to returning post covid to enjoy the hotel and facilities properly.

Convenient location
Stayed just 1 night as we were flying out. Right in terminal two so you don’t need a bus transfer. Clean , good shower all you need the only downside only 2 very thin soft pillows on a king bed , should of asked for 2 more pillows to have a better sleep.

Was worth the price for convenience ot literally being able to walk over road to terminal 2 The staff , and food were great place was spotless the only thing i did find a little disappointing was the lack of facilities in the room , no wash cloth , cheap coffee and no microwave Otherwise we would stay again if we had a early flight
