Our stay at the Level at the Melia was fantastic, I have already recommended it to people I know. The staff were so attentive and helpful, the room was lovely, comfortable and clean, and we loved the perk of the executive lounge which comes with the Level. The hotel itself was really nice and modern, but for some I would suggest a little too modern. The online check in is clever but it does mean that you don’t speak with staff and get a full understanding of how things work. Just things such as the lift was a little confusing the fact it had no buttons, I hadn’t a clue about food times or breakfast so I just ordered room service. The other thing to mention was the room I was assigned wasn’t really what I bought but I was too tired at the time to query. I booked a room with a sofa and there was none, instead was an extra single bed in there which I never like when you’re staying as a couple it looks too busy, It’s not a major thing but just something worth mentioning.
