we had an amazing stay at the Ritz on Central Park South. they upgraded our room to an incredible suite overlooking Central Park. was the nicest hotel room I have ever stayed in and made my wife’s Bday incredible. the service levels were impeccable and they truly care about guests having a great experience. we will definetely be back next year!

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and they exceeded our expectations. We loved the view of Central Park from our room. The location of this hotel is also perfect. It is close to 5th avenue for shopping and across the street from the Park for a nice morning walk. It is also away from the craziness of Time Square but still has the city feel. The kids had a great experience as well. My son participated in a horse feeding and received a welcome gift from the hotel. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely stay again!
