We loved the room and hotel but as id booked specifically for the spa and pool to enjoy as part of a memory from holidays it was very disappointing to find them unusable. The advertising for the hotel was false and miss leading. It soured our weekend.

Great stay in the city. Awesome location within good walking distance to everything you would need. Bit noisy due to the construction going on everywhere. Could do with a bit of an upgrade of facilities. Our WIFI didn't work & that was disappointing - but the team were very helpful and tried to fix it for us - but were unsuccessful.

The apartment was well located, dated but very clean and maintained. Very happy till it came to sleeping, although on the 19th floor the street/partying noise was ridiculous. It sounded as though we were on ground level! We were kept awake till 4am both nights with some type of karaoke happening, foot traffic was really loud and sirens and traffic was too loud to sleep through. After 2 nights here we left feeling extremely sleep deprived. If you value your sleep at the end of a busy schedule I’d NEVER recommend staying here.
