Good location and service
We were upgraded to a suite on the 10th floor. The room was large and the private terrace was excellent. The room was spotless and the laundry service was reasonably priced and handled with care. Kudos to the staff. Good location near a metro station and a quiet street at night.

The place was nice and simple. About 15-20 walk to the sagrada familia. 10 minute walk to casa batllo. 30 minute walk to the gothic quarter. There was a lot of nice restaurants around the hotel. The staff was super nice.

Above average hotel in good location.
Good (non-touristy) location with many excellent bars/restaurants/shops nearby. The staff at front desk (especially Gonzalo) are friendly and helpful. The TV in our room had reception issues throughout our entire stay, despite extensive efforts by handy man Luis to fix. (Thank you anyway, Luis, you were very nice.) The rooftop bar is quite small; drinks are served out of a cart. The rooftop pool is also small and appears to attract non-hotel guests. Overall condition of the room/property is good with a few dings and nicks here and there--nothing overwhelming. Shower water pressure was good, and there was plenty of hot water.
