Sink was leaking but we couldn’t find anyone at the front desk to help which was obnoxious. Number listed is of the owner instead of it being for the front desk. Can’t stay out late or else you’ll be locked out even though they say to ring the doorbell and someone will open so that’s frustrating because you should be able to come and go. Had issues with forgetting my phone and it being stolen when we called the hotel and employees said no one found it. The location also is a little further out than the middle of Antigua which makes it hard if you’re reliving on shuttles or buses since it’s more of an issue for them to go all the way there.

It is not clear where this property is. The map was not accurate. There wasn't a clear sign anywhere. It was not found by myself or my taxi driver, and after driving around in circles in Antigua for over an hour in the middle of the night, I ended up fortunately finding a different hotel and staying there for the night. I would like my money back as I didn't stay at Inspira and was greatly in convienienced by the experience.

un fraude nos presentamos el día de la reserva y nos dijeron que nuestras habitaciones eran compartidas con otras personas ademas si queríamos estar solos teníamos que pagar una diferencia por la habitación de $ 185 dolares, la oferta que aparece en la pagina es mentira y la persona que nos atendió nos dijo que el no sabia nada de lo que publicaban en expedía así que no nos resolvió nada en el hotel, tuvimos que buscar otro ya casi de noche con mi familia no lo recomiendo para nada me parece algo irresponsable hacer este tipo de publicaciones si es mentira.

Para empezar las fotos que se ponen del lugar no son como realmente es el lugar ni tampoco lo que se ofrece por esta página.ademas,tuvimos que pagar un precio más alto para obtener una habitación que al final terminamos pagando como privada y al final no fue así,el lugar no es un hotel ni siquiera,es una casa para retiros espirituales y carece de todo lo mínimo para llamarse hotel,ademas el baño sugiero báñese con sandalias
