No concierge service on arrival and staff on desk had very little English - I found it very hard to communicate with them. Had to pay for parking on top of the room charge. Recently stayed for 3 nights to visit the Great Barrier Reef. This property is centrally located by the waterfront, minutes walk to the main reef fleet terminal and the town centre's restaurants, shops and services. The staff encountered were friendly, attentive and competent. The room was adequately appointed, spacious, good air conditioning and bed comfortable. Overall, a pleasant and satisfying stay. Recommended, and I would stay again.
