Great Stay!
Villa was clean and perfect!Stayed 2/14 for 8 days, we rented a kayak for the week and had it delivered, kept it by the back deck and took it out daily for fishing and exploring. We also rented a boat at Duck Key Marina w/ Ray, if your a a boater and want a full or half day boat call Ray, was very inexpensive for a half day rental and he was very thorough and knowledgeable.Villa was clean We always stop at DOLLAR TREE in Islamorada on the way down and load up on chips, water and goodies. Once your at the villa you almost dont want to leave! Will stay again!

Nice, neat, great view.
The property is in Hawk's Cay, and is adorable. The amenities inside are nice, clean and well kept. The views from the downstairs outdoor patio are great and even better from the upstairs patio attached to the master bedroom. Very relaxing and close to Marathon. We hope to come back to this wonderful property on our next visit to Marathon.

Good location
We loved the location but the supplies in the home were VERY minimal. Only 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher pods and 2 extra rolls of toilet paper. We made it work but, the dishwasher and trash bags should be increased by at least 1 more left.

The place was very clean and comfortable. Check in was easy, the property is nicely maintained. The furniture was in excellent condition and very comfortable as were both beds. Five Stars!!!!

Clean, modern and nice view of the water from porch
Overall a very nice condo for two couples or small family. Two decks to relax on. Very close for our day at the Dolphin Research Center and a one hour drive to Key West. Plenty of seafood restaurants in a 15 mile radius. A short suggestion to landlord. We rent often through VBRO and every place has the little items included like salt and pepper shakers, coffee filters, dish washer detergent, dish towels and napkins that really top off a rental experience. Its not a big deal, but for the price you pay you expect those items to be supplied.
