Hotel smells bad like smoking area. Very noisy by other guests and hard to sleep though the night even notified hotel. And guests for wedding reception wore no mask and even after reported to hotel. Safety related concerns was failed.

This hotel was a okay stay, GREAT LOCATION but there were some downs.. elevators were broken took literally 10 minutes to get down to the lobby and bathrooms needed a update on them and the pools aren’t open due to COVID

I don't usually leave reviews because I don't care enough, but the staff at this hotel was so warm and helpful that I felt like I probably should. The woman who checked me in (I wish I could remember her name) smiled and acted as though she was genuinely happy to see me--that sort of welcome is hard to fake. She was very helpful too. I do wish that the pool was open or that there was more for breakfast, but I figure that is because of the pandemic (out of their control). The room itself was clean and comfy. Honestly this place had a lot of value for the cost and the next time I'm in Chicago I'll probably stay there again.

The hotel only provides one set of towels to the room. I had to request a second set the morning I was leavibg, which took 45 minutes for the towels to be delivered to me which delayed my departure.
