I made a booking with information that I will be checking in on the morning of my departure date. When I wanted to check, i was told that there is no record as they cannot retrieve my booking. When I show them the record of my booking, i was told that they dont have room for me. After some arguement, the receptionist make some call and finally, I was given my room. All in all, it take some more than 40 min for the check-in. This should not have happened with this internet/online system's era.
