Worst hotel ever. Save your money.
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! 1. The hotel is NOT the same one from the photos. 2. There are loads of people who hang out in the parking lot all night. 3. It has a reputation as being a hotel frequented by the local escort service. We saw all of the riff raff in the parking lot and didn't even get out. There were 40+ people hanging out outside at 11 pm and it was NOT a safe environment. There is also a night club right next door.

Horrible horrible place
The hotel was disgusting. My son and I were trapped inside the hotel room for two hours constantly calling the front desk. Another guest heard my screaming and had to kick in the door. The manager was rude and made us leave and refused to give me a refund. There was drug transaction going on in the hall and there were hookers working there.

ANY other hotel will be better than this one.
I thought I could trust hotels.com to stay at a descent hotel in a city I did not know, but it was the worst idea ever. The hotel looks like its falling apart. The elevator is scarier than the tower of terror. Just nothing good about this hotel. Dirty, rundown, roaches.

TERRIBLE MUSTY DIRGUSTING HORROR OF A PLACE
EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE WAS AWFUL, but what took the cake was the 5AM EMERGENCY ALARMS GOING OFF BECAUSE THE FLOODED THE WHOLE BASEMENT/1st FLOOR SO WE COULDN'T GET BACK TO OUR ROOM. Our first room didn't have linens, our second room had weird stains on the wall, the elevators had swastikas carved into the walls, and the whole place smelled like urine and mold. ALSO as soon as you get out of the elevator to your floor you are greeted by a bag full of filthy linens.

We survived
After checkin, I cleaned up 3 dead cockroaches. The beds were supposed to be the adjustable kind but were broken which left beds half inflated or completely uncomfortable, all the outlets in room were inset into wall so our electronic chargers wouldn't plug in to the walls. The elevator was old and needed maintenance, very slow and shakey. The website said pool but was not available, their pool site had been closed for who knows how long, water was green polluted, the entire fence had been chained shut. Breakfast was disgusting, it was a limited "menu". And only 2 people per room were allowed to eat, they wanted to charge us $10.00 for our 3rd child to eat. And once the pans of food were emptied they stayed that way. This motel would be great if you had $70 to spend, wanted to spend your time with ghetto clientele, and being spoke to in broken English, and feel unsafe walking from your room to your car. I survived this experience but will never go back. I would pick Americas best value in before going back there.
