Mandatory fees

You’ll be asked to pay the following charges at check-in or check-out:

• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply year round. Other exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 31 March, EUR 0.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 15 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 April - 30 June, EUR 0.50 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 15 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 July - 31 August, EUR 0.70 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 15 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 September - 31 October, EUR 0.50 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 15 years of age.

Cash deposit: EUR 100.00 per stay

• Cleaning fee: EUR 45.00 per accommodation, per stay (varies based on unit and length of stay)
• Towels/sheets: EUR 11.00 per person, per night
• High chair fee: EUR 10 per accommodation, per stay

Optional extras

Self parking costs EUR 20.00 per week

Air conditioning is available for an extra charge of EUR 40.00 per week

Cribs/Infant beds are available for EUR 19.00 per week

Pets are allowed for an extra charge of EUR 55.00 per pet, per week
