Overall a Pleasant stay
Overall my stay here was good. My room was ok. You could visibly tell the furniture was dated as it looked worn with visible scratches. One of the chairs to the sitting area was wobbly. The bed heardboard had very visible scratches on it like it was from an animal. The molding along the ceiling had cracks. The shower ceiling had very visible aging. The bathroom floor tile was cracked. The wetbar was nice to have. i had a microwave as requested. The bed was comfortlable and clean. The room was clean but I did my own sanitization as I always do when I travel. It was a quiet and comfortable trip. I was able to get breakfast from the restaurant in the lobby. The breakfast was reasonable and tasty. I did have to request and go to the desk to get the extra towels and toilet paper that I needed. They were very pleasant at the front desk.

March 10 stay
Everything was beautiful and clean but the toilet was for a elementary school. The toilet and paper access was horrible. The toilet was do lie to the ground I couldn’t believe it and the toilet paper was behind me instead of side or front of me. Crowne Plaza, Mahwah NY ROOM 238.

Nice stay
I would've given 10 stars but had to take 1 away because there was no microwave in our room. When i asked about having a room with one the front desk said she was putting us on the 3rd floor & on that floor was a microwave for all guest. It was inconvenient for us to walk all the way to it to heat up food thats my only complaint.

Good
Aesthetically pleasing hotel, kind staff and kind housekeeping, comfy beds and good food around the area. What I wasn't a fan of was a specific group of people not wearing masks while in the hotel, and having to deal with telling their kids multiple times to stay away from me and my puppy. They should not be allowed to stay in the hotel if they've been warned multiple times, kids I understand some slack for but as for the parent's, absolutely not.
