I live in the Boston suburbs and selected this hotel for a wedding weekend because it looked clean, fun and relatively inexpensive. I was not disappointed. Stumbled in from the wedding late night and cracked a beer with some folks from Europe which ended up turning into a late night conversation courtesy of the inviting and modern hotel bar and lounge. Room was spotless. Bed was amazing and had an overall excellent experience.

Rooms were very small, think minimalism. Kind of like a room you’d find on a cruise ship. The king bed was up against the wall, so you had to climb over the person sleeping next to you to get out of bed. Very odd!

What a nightmare!
What a nightmare. We walked into the front of the hotel to find no reception area. We had to CALL the hotel (no sign but for INSIDE the elevator) to go to the second floor to check in. Check in is self-serve. No one asks you if you need anything, just an “ambassador” to ask if you need help helping yourself. Also, NO PARKING. I wasn’t expecting on-site parking, but no valet to take my car to an adjacent lot so I didn’t have to schlep my luggage literally half a mile from the closest open lot. While the room was clean, the pillows had no stuffing in them. Our room was warm so we attempted to adjust the temperature on the iPad we were given (there are no light switches, remotes or thermostats). We came back to the same stuffy room after 8 hours. Ironically, the view from our room was the HVAC system for the new Boston Garden! I had to leap over my husband to use the restroom then reach round in the dark to find the iPad. We tried to get a drink at the hotel bar. We watched 2 other (dissatisfied) couples get served. For 25 minutes, no one approached us. We will never stay with this company again.
