Will return.
Booked a regular king sized room. Check in was easy. When we got to our room it was small and smelled of smoke. Went down to complain and they offered to change rooms or upgrade for a small fee. Chose to upgrade to a suite. It was spacious and had a great view. The front desk, concierge, valet and everyone there made our stay extremely pleasant.

When I arrived at the hotel, it was 2 pm, the front desk told me that i had to wait 40 min before check in. That was no trouble for us. At 2:45 pm someone from the front desk told us to check in, we went upstairs, and our room was dirty. A dirty cup on the table, trash can full of trash, bed sheats as if someone was sleeping over there a few minutes ago, the barthroom was filthy… We came downstairs, and I approached another guy in the front desk (someone different from th check in), at the moment I started showing the pictures of the room and asking for another room, this guy started patronizing me and telling me why did I had a check in before 3 pm (at that moment it was 2:57 pm!), with a very rude attitude, like it was my fault? So I cancelled everything and left the hotel. VERY disappointed. First and last time at Fiesta Americana. I have travelled the world, and I have never ever had someone from the staff of an hotel talk to me like that.
