    Ocean Front Getaway
You can’t get any closer to the ocean, and the pool is fantastic! The beds and couch were very uncomfortable, but I found out on the 2nd to last day you could get a mattress topper, so next time I would ask for one. The staff is great, would definitely stay here again!

The Hotel was under construction, the Palapas at the beach are 6 and only 3 in good condition, the personal at the beach was rude, 3 days in a row keeps complaining about everything.

    Extremely ignorant check in service
The check in staff is ignorant and rude. Very unhelpful and extremely unwelcoming. Everything was nice but that but we most definitely will NEVER stay here again simply by the way we were treated at check in.

    Poor 2.0
Absolutely terrible, wife taking a shower when they shut off the water, 30 minutes later they gave us a bucket of water, restaurant only had sandwiches and hamburgers, 6 am young kids running and screaming up and down the hallway, hotel security guard tried to get a bribe because we had beer on the beach, everybody had beer on the beach. only had coffee package for the first day, tried to sell another one for the second day.
