Disgusting
The hotel was absolutely disgusting. It looked condemned and when we finally found the hand written sign with an arrow pointing to the “Lobby” it looked like we were about to walk into a scene from a horror movie. Once we got to our room and opened the door, it smelled like a dirty ashtray and that someone had been chain smoking in there for a long time. Then my 11 year old pointed out the pile of cigarette butts and cigarette ashes on the floor in between our beds. There was dried vomit around the rim of the bathroom sink and the toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. My 2 daughters and I were given 1 2 oz bottle of shampoo, 1 bar of soap and 2 towels. When I tried calling the desk (multiple times) no one ever answered.

Terrible cleaning. Room floor was dusty. The bathrooms weren’t cleaned at all, had hairs everywhere on sink and bathtub. Bath tub was getting clogged. There are no restrooms at the reception in case you arrive early and want to get freshen up as they are undergoing renovation.

Okay place to stay next to info booth
It was okay,, the floor was a little dirty in the room but overall it was good stay, had trouble opening the front door and the back door both need to be upgraded but the lady at the counter reprogram my card and it was working good again, overall it was okay. They still have a remodeling going on or that might be why.
