We arrived around 10AM for a one night stay between returning from our cruise and our flight the next morning. Our room was already available, which was a welcome surprise. We enjoyed the day at the pool before going to Disney Springs in the evening. Staff was helpful and courteous. Common areas and rooms were all very well maintained and clean. Great stay.

Love this hotel when not staying at another Disney property. This hotel still has some Disney flair. The buses to the parks is great and it’s walkable to Disney Springs. Love the free drink cards!

6/10 Good

We stayed for 2 nights in different rooms. Both rooms were moist. Everything felt wet, the floors and bedding. The 2nd room smelled pretty bad. It was musty like the laundry being left overnight in the washer. The one plus was that the beds were comfortable and since we were worn out from the day it was easy to sleep even though the bed felt moist

My stay here was incredible. Everyone was so nice from beginning to end. I talked to them about the crappy Burthday that I had and they went above and beyond to make sure that I had extra excellent service. I don’t have the names of who took care of me, but the front desk was amazing. The bartenders were amazing. The staff everyone was just so welcoming that I can’t wait to stay at this hotel again.

This hotel is “easy”. Sometimes when traveling I can feel overwhelmed, but this hotel is close to everything. Parking is right there, it has a bar/restaurant and the pool looked amazing. As a DVC member, I will definitely be staying here again. Staff were very nice, room was super clean, and the view was spectacular.
