My cottage was amazing. The check-in process was simple, the amenities were great, and seclusion allowed for great views of the northern lights. The location was also a perfect distance from the Reykjavik, about 45 minutes driving, along a pretty, scenic route. There was a lot to explore just around the Reykjanes peninsula including things that I would never have known were there except for the maps that iStay provided in the commons area. All in all, this was a perfect stay option for me.

This was a perfect spot for catching an early flight or just having a little getaway! The common room was filled with kitchen equipment and spices and everything you could need. The cottage was clean and efficient. Bed was very comfy but firm and pullout couch was perfect for two kids to share.
