    Very Bad Hotel
We had the confirmation(reservation number) and name of the person for the reservation but the Hotel couldn't locate our reservation it took them about 5 hours to figure it out, the room was at the basement level and it smell and was humid, at night there was noise like a party was outside my door, I called several times but they did nothing, most personel from hotel are very rude and not helpful at all! very dissapointing!

    Muy bueno!
Awesome deal! Comfortable, safe, accommodating and staff friendly and met every need. I wish we’d had bottled water in room daily and the band on the beach would lose the tuba! But, the food was good at the buffet and the made to order stations excellent😁

Worn out beds but a great restaurant
The hotel front desk staff were largely overwhelmed and not very friendly. The “Mountain View” room was extremely basic. The beds just seemed haggard and worn out. The linens were wrinkled and dingy looking. Their hotel beds were the worst I have ever slept upon and I stay 15 days a month in hotels. The restaurant and waterfront area were first rate, wonderful. I would not stay at this hotel again.
