Fantastic location close to Central Park. Food market across road was convenient as small kitchen area with microwave, sink and fridge was good for jet lagged family with kids. Rooms and overall hotel conditions very dated and everything looked worn but clean and rooms were big so fine for us for four days

Good family trip
Great location, within walking distance to many locations. Enjoyed the location. Having only one elevator and that one not always working was a big inconvenience. Having to pay for wi-fi in today's age was somewhat ridiculous and pricey

Great location and place to rest your head
Like most of the reviews for the hotel, cons would be unreliable elevators and the room was quite dated. With that being said, for the price, you're getting a decent hotel in a prime area. I went in with that expectation and wasn't disappointed. If you want a five-star experience, look elsewhere. But if you're looking for a place to rest your head right in the heart of the city and don't want to break the bank, this is a good option.

Convenient but...
Good service, front desk and bellman very nice trying to help mostly with the elevator that was broken at arrival but was fixed during that night unfortunately the hotel need urgent maintenance, the bathroom sink was clogged and the kitchenette sink was no working ( no water ) we stayed only overnight so i did not complain but is not in a good shape at all, outdated.

No Elevator Service
The room was very nice, spacious and clean. The lobby and sitting area are in need of some modernization, it looked really run down. The biggest issue was that both elevators were broken so you had a choice of waiting endlessly for the service elevator or walking up and down the stairs. I was on the 9th floor so it wasn't awful for me but there were a lot of older guests or guest with young families that may have an issue. When we asked about it at the front desk they were very nonchalant and not at all apologetic.
