Great location and value
It was a good experience, however the breakfast was the same for the 5 mornings I stayed. This whole covid no hot breakfast things going on really stinks. They had the same bananas and granola for 5x days straight. Also, there were guests who were next to our room smoking pot and our room really stunk and made us feel sick. This should not be tolerated.

Poor customer service & management
Check in was awful. I even called earlier that day to confirm Friday night stay and tell them I would have a late check in about 8-9 pm. It was confirmed that all was set up and ready to go. He couldn't find my reservation when I got there (even though it was confirmed earlier in the day). Charged me for the room finally after much to do on his part. Never got a receipt for any part of my stay. Front staff was poorly trained and unable to handle basic check in and check out. The Saturday night stay that was to be fully refunded per the soccer tournament and the staff, suddenly was no longer refundable to anymore soccer parents in the middle of me making phone calls to get the refund processed (which again the front staff kept giving me the wrong number to call until she finally listened and gave me the number for Hotels.com). So some parents received a full refund and other parents all of a sudden, the manager went back on his word to the tournament staff AND me while I was in the process, got no money at all refunded. Absolutely Unprofessional and this was not our first nor our last tournament in Asheville. Would've been happy with a voucher for one night but manager all of a sudden stopped all refunds & the hotel staff was so embarrassed (actually blushing) for having to suddenly change the hotel's refund It was horrible for everyone including their own staff. Totally unacceptable. I hope the tournament group removes them from their recommended hotel list.

Wonderful hotel. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. We loved that Carrabba's was across the street. Hotel is nearby to Medical Park, where we needed to be the next morning.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff is great. My only issue is that the parking is a bit small for the size of the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel.
