Hotel had an odd smell, holes and cracks in the walls, elevator was broken, and the carpet and floors were damp. The room was so moist and cold (walked in to the thermostat set at 58F), that water was condensing on the ceiling and dripping onto the floor and counters. Overall the stay was fine, but we were not impressed with the quality of the space. The hotel also advertises a shuttle, but the limitations on it (ie: reserve in advance, stops at midnight, etc) were not advertised sufficiently. The breakfast was ok. The staff were very pleasant, though.

One elevator wonder.
Check in the 1st night was good the airport shuttle stayed to get up from there due to a delay. Except that when I go to pay for the cruise shuttle,they tell me that they dont pick up from the PORTS coming back from your cruise. Which when I booked this, I called them and asked and the lady said yes but a fee for both ways $13 a person per trip. Well no trip back. Which kinda upset me because i chose this hotel for a that reason. The hallways were a fricking mess. Smell like smoke and weed and alcohol. When its supposed to AN ALL NON SMOKONG HOTEL.... For tje 2nd bldg of the hotel there 1st elvator didn't work ..... so you had to use the back one..One elevator for 450 rooms on 5 floors.. Hmm you do the math. We had to waiy and wait to get to pur room on the 5th floor... Cause we had 3 full size suitcases 3 carry-on and a stroller and a 1yr that does not walk yet.. So the stairs were no an option. There was no breakfast that they advertise. So wehen we come back to the hotel from 7 day cruise, we get to the hotel at 10am I know early. But we jad to wait till 230p in the lobby for a room. No breakfast again in the morning on our way out to catch the airport shuttle at 7am.. The best thing was the airport shuttle service...
