The floors were dirty. The bathroom was horrible door so rusted at hinges it would pop open when trying to close. Tub was dirty. Put a towel in tub to stand on it was that bad. Noisy hallways all night. Smell of marijuana in hallways. And this is a Reroof Plus? The sink was upgraded a new. No stopper so if u drop something it’s going in the sink. The restaurant offers various sandwiches. What they don’t tell you is the panini and subs are all on the same stale sub roll and simply sandwiches. Not paninis or other special sandwich offers. The chips are stale potato sticks lol. If the place had been cleaner it would’ve been an ok stay. But the dirtiness assures I’ll not stay there again

Pizza restaurant on site was good 12$ for the pizza. Free coffee in lobby. Cruise port shuttle was booked for 11am 14$ per person it showed up at 12.

Staff was great, the area was great, but once I got upstairs second floor to my room, the hallway smelled awful when I opened the door the room smelled like bleach, as if it was cleaned, but once I got in and started looking around, I realize there were hair heavily from the doorway to the sink, hair all in the tub, and around the tub, and by the air-conditioning, there were a lot of sticky spots on the floor that was unacceptable and I did tell the guys at the front desk. I was not offered to exchange rooms or anything. .

Basically…. Do not stay here unless you enjoy roaches. There are roaches everywhere. Staff is well aware that there is a pest problem. Housekeeping has raid on their carts. The rooms are filthy. We moved rooms 3 times due to roaches. On the third time, we left and came back a few hours later… to find people in our room. A terrible experience all around. The food onsite is worse than cafeteria food and very expensive. The pool is clean! Joes apartment is entirely too expensive for what you get. Do yourself a favor and go to the Hyatt down the road.
