The fact That I never was in Italy and never stayed at this hotel

Very good
once inside the Hotel it was very good. getting to the hotel was a bit scary, there is a lot of unsavory business going on in Naples and the area is full of litter, urine, other bad stuff, so getting to and from metro and train station a bit scary especially after dark...….get a taxi and don't walk the streets after dark, bit limiting, but as said once inside Hotel, the service was very friendly and efficient, sorta making up for the neighborhood.

Pretty bad.
As many times after booking at Hotels.com, we were given one of the worst rooms (1201). The room smelled bad and musky and the bathroom was in need of a rip out and complete remodel. After complaining, our room was changed to 1202, which at least did not smell that bad and the bathroom was in a bit of a better shape. We only had to stay one night, so it was ok. The staff is nice and friendly, but the property is very tired and in need of a major upgrade. The food at their restaurant is of dismal quality. At check out, there were three people at the front desk, but only one could do checkouts and check ins, because their computer system was being updated. In the middle of their busiest time. Overall, not a place we would ever stay at again, or recommend.

The hotel is close to the naples airport but in a fairly rough part of town. The good news is the hotel is nice and has a good restaurant within it. The quality of the food was much better than expected.

Staff was friendly, the room was nice, beds were a little hard, and the onsite restaurant was just ok. Unfortunate this location is in the business district and everything around it closes around 330 pm. That makes impossible to find food places to eat. We ended up uber eats ordering during our stay.

The location is misleading. It is not near the airport and one must arrange for transportation there- 18-20 Euros. This will increase the cost. The shuttle to train station runs only on a schedule with possibly several hours in between trips. The staff was very accommodating and professional. The hotel itself was as describe but was disappointed in their location.
