The hotel is right next to central Station so is perfect if you are flying into Arlande Airport as the train is connected to the airport. The hotel was clean, the rooms were perfect and the staff were really friendly and helpful especially the staff who were serving at breakfast. The breakfast, I have got to say is the best I have had, so much choice and the quality of the food was fantastic. Overall, a great hotel, we will definitely stay there again.

A very well positioned hotel, next to the Central station making it very easy to get to and from the airport and the main attractions. The hotel is lovely and does the job of a good mid-tier option in a convenient location. The pool was closed during our stay so can't comment. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The breakfast was wonderful-full of choices. The room was clean throughout the stay. The only concern we had was we reserved a Premium room with a king sized bed. When we arrived we were given a queen sized bed, which was not an option for a Premium room, and were not told that is what we were being given. We paid more for our room although we were not given what we reserved. When we brought it to the attention of the front desk, she said we weren't guaranteed a king bed, even though that was what we paid for.

The hotel is centrally located, making it very easy to navigate the city on foot. It’s also adjacent to the train station, which is very convenient for getting to the airport and back. The breakfast hall was large, which was good because it could get busy at peak times, and the breakfast selection has very good. Our room was very pleasant, we were allowed an early check in and received a room upgrade as members of Radisson Rewards (which is free and well worth the effort of sign up). Overall I had a be very good experience, and I’d be more than happy to stay there again on my next visit to Stockholm.

Hotel more for business than tourists. Unfortunately the pool was closed due to a leak, which was the reason for choosing hotel. Room was quite small, 2 of the 3 lifts were out of order at various times during stay. It's been a few years since I stayed here, so was interested to go back. On arrival there was a huge queue for check in, but only 2 staff on the desk, so that took a bit of time to sort out. At check in I was informed by the very helpful member of staff that I still had Radisson Blu Gold status, so got an upgrade on my room. Result! Room was pretty big and very clean. The only issue I had is that it was very warm in Stockholm this week. The aircon unit is on the window sill, so when the curtains are open, the room temperature is fine. When they're closed and you're trying to sleep, the cool air is trapped behind the curtains so the room gets too warm. I really struggled to sleep well this week unfortunately. Hotel was very clean and the staff were great though.

Upon arrival, I was told that my room was not available. My booking was not in the system. Even though it was active on the app on my end. To make a long story short. I was told no room was available. I asked to speak with the manager, I was a room was found but hidden in the system, if I wanted this room I had to pay an up charge of approximately 110 dollars more than my original booking. I then asked to speak with the manager. He finally came out and was able to find a room . As far as I know I wasn’t up charged. The property is clean, the bed was comfortable. I could not with good conscience recommend this property after what happened to me.
